Returns
You have 4 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 4 days from the date of delivery, for that please send us pictures of the packaging and product(s) at support@nutrizone.co.in
Please contact our Customer Service team at support@nutrizone.co.in to initiate the return process. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in your email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-8 business days.
If your return is rejected, we will provide an explanation, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@nutrizone.co.in . We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the original item.
Return Shipping
The customer shall bear the costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nutrizone.co.in . We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
